Support That Meets You Where You Are
Life does not always unfold the way we expect. At times, we may feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from ourselves and the life we want to live.
Counselling offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and work through life's challenges with support. Whether you are facing a specific concern or simply feeling that something is not quite right, you do not have to navigate it alone.
I provide counselling, workshops, and training designed to support wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
How I Can Support You
Every person's story is unique, and support should reflect that. Life can be challenging in many different ways, and there is no single reason people seek counselling. Whether you are working through a specific concern, coping with ongoing difficulties, or looking for support as you move through a period of change, counselling can provide a supportive space for reflection, growth, and healing.
I commonly work with individuals experiencing:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Stress and burnout
Depression and low mood
Life transitions and major life changes
Relationship and life challenges
Grief and loss
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Healing from abuse, violence, or unhealthy relationships
Self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth concerns
Emotional regulation difficulties
Personal growth and self-discovery
Concerns related to substance use
Concerns related to gambling
Whether you are navigating a current challenge, coping with a difficult experience from the past, working through relationship difficulties, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, counselling can provide support, perspective, and practical tools for moving forward.
Individual Counselling
A Space to Focus on You
Sometimes life feels heavy, and carrying everything on your own can be exhausting.
Individual counselling provides a confidential space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing, explore your thoughts and emotions, and gain support without judgment.
Together, we can work toward understanding what is contributing to your challenges, identifying your strengths, and developing practical strategies that support your wellbeing and goals.

Couples Counselling
Strengthening Understanding and Connection
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also bring challenges.
Whether you are feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or adjusting to life changes together, couples counselling provides a supportive space to better understand one another and strengthen your relationship.
My role is not to take sides, but to help facilitate meaningful conversations that encourage understanding, connection, and growth.

Workshops and Group Programs
Learning, Growth, and Connection
Sometimes healing and growth happen not only through individual support, but through learning and connecting with others.
I facilitate workshops and group programs that combine practical tools, meaningful discussion, and opportunities for reflection in a supportive environment.
Topics may include:
• Anxiety and stress management
• Building resilience
• Emotional wellbeing
• Self-care and burnout prevention
• Mental health education
• Personal growth and life skills
Workshops may be offered virtually or in partnership with community organizations and local initiatives.

My Approach
Compassionate. Collaborative. Client-Centred.
I believe counselling is most effective when you feel comfortable being yourself and supported in exploring what matters most to you.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you in understanding your experiences, building on your strengths, and identifying meaningful steps toward the changes you would like to make. Together, we can explore patterns, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and work toward greater wellbeing.
My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Because every person's experiences, goals, and circumstances are unique, I tailor counselling to meet your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Depending on your goals, I may draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:
• Person-Centred Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Narrative Therapy
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed skills
• Mindfulness-based approaches
• Body-based and somatic approaches
My goal is to create a counselling experience that feels supportive, meaningful, and practical—one that helps you move toward the changes that matter most to you.
What You Can Expect
Practical Support. Genuine Connection. Meaningful Change.
Counselling is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward the life you want to live.
Our work together may involve:
• Exploring patterns and experiences
• Developing practical coping strategies
• Strengthening relationships
• Building confidence and resilience
• Processing difficult emotions and experiences
• Creating meaningful goals for change
Because every person is different, counselling should never be one-size-fits-all. Sessions are tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
